How it Works
Primary and Urgent Care Center is open from 8.00am – 10.00pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Operating as a walk-in service, initial treatment is on a self-pay basis and is not covered by private medical insurance.
The majority of all patients are seen by a healthcare professional within 15 minutes. With access to on-site X-ray and Labs, Primary and Urgent Care Center offers a complete initial assessment of your problem and should referral and/or admission be necessary, we have a range of top Consultants to whom we can refer. At this point your private medical insurance can be used. If you do not have medical insurance, you may still be referred on a continuing self-pay basis.
Primary and Urgent Care Center is fully staffed by a dedicated team of doctors and nurses who are led by a Clinical Director who specialises in emergency medicine.
